End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Mutual, you agree to this End User License Agreement and all related policies. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License Grant
Mutual grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms.
3. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content or Abusive Users
Mutual has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior.
- You may not post, upload, or share hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
- You may not bully, stalk, intimidate, impersonate, exploit, or abuse other users.
- We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
- We may report unlawful content or behavior to relevant authorities where appropriate.
4. User Content and Moderation
You are responsible for the content you submit. We may review, moderate, remove, or restrict content that violates these terms or harms user safety.
5. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Mutual at our sole discretion for conduct that violates this EULA, applicable law, or community safety standards.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Mutual is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
7. Changes to This EULA
We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of Mutual after updates means you accept the revised terms.
